This course will demonstrate creating a schedule in Microsoft Project Desktop Client.  This course was designed as an introductory course meant to demonstrate key lessons and topics to assist in developing project schedules using Microsoft Project.

It is anticipated that an enrollee of this course will possess, at a minimum, an understanding of the following:

• Experienced with the use of a computer
• Access to Microsoft Project Desktop Client
• Experienced with reading and interpreting project specifications and plans
• Experienced with using Microsoft Excel

This track is geared toward contractors wishing to hone their skills in estimating, bidding, and project management.  This track includes training videos that follow the 6-part in-person construction management seminar series.  Each in-person seminar is broken down into smaller subtopics that allow participants to revisit seminar topics at their own pace.

Motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of work-related fatalities. The environment in which these accidents occur involves numerous complex factors, many uncontrollable. The purpose of this Fleet Safety program is to provide the means to reduce such factors to eliminate unnecessary injuries and fatal circumstances.
